We offer no charge evaluation of the issue and if we work on your issue then we charge a flat rate of $45.00 per hour. If your issue will take longer than an hour, we will let you know exactly what you can expect to spend on your issue.Sometimes its possible to diagnose an issue on the phone or by you telling us what the issue is that your having. We can usually give you an idea of what your looking at on the phone, but in the event that we do have to come to you, we will still do a cost free evaluation and let you know what you can expect to pay.
